Introduction

Children at Stalham Infant & Junior Schools are given the opportunity to express their opinions and ideas about what clubs they would like to see the school provide. We offer a variety of extra-curricular clubs, both during school hours (lunchtime) and after school in the Autumn, Spring and Summer Terms. We also offer wraparound Breakfast and After School Club provisions. Details of the current terms clubs can be found below.

 

Eligibility

Please check against each club to see which year groups the club is open to and what dates the club runs.

 

How to Book

All clubs can be booked on the Arbor app/portal. You will receive an email notifying you when the booking windows are open. Please ensure to fully register and if applicable pay any fees at the time of booking to ensure the booking is confirmed and your child’s place is secured. Failure to do so may result in your booking being cancelled and your child’s place being withdrawn. All places are allocated on a first come first served basis

 

Clothing

If your child is attending a sporting club (after school or lunch) PE kit should be worn on the day. All other clubs should wear school uniforms as normal.

 

Cancellation

If your child is unable to attend any booked sessions please notify the Main office as soon as possible. Please note no refunds will be issued in this instance.

Details of which clubs are running can be found on the weekly newsletter. If the school needs to cancel a particular session we will notify you by either the newsletter, email, text or through your child’s planner. If we cannot reschedule the club then a refund will be issued.
